2013-10-19 – Changing Weather Sunrise from Sai Kung to Hong Kong Pano
Aspect Ratio 3:1
A cloudless day is a time-lapsers least favorite type of weather. Cloud formations like these altocumulus with the morning light bouncing around create a sight to behold. A single image never does the beauty of nature true justice.
This location looks like one of the harder to get to locations in Hong Kong but it’s actually fairly easy once you find a taxi willing to take you up Sha Tin Pass or Fei Ngo Shan Road. That’s not to say that it does not take a bit of roving around to find the ideal spot. It’s simply incredible that one can see so many of the remote and tranquil islands of Sai Kung to the East and then much of Hong Kong Island and most of Kowloon to the West.
